Elliot Solop, Esq. is a founding partner at Solop, Bondarowicz & Gargulinski, where he combines personal insight and legal expertise to guide clients through family law matters with empathy and professionalism.
Having personally experienced the challenges of divorce, Elliot brings a unique, compassionate approach to every case.
He holds a B.S. in Finance from Montclair State University—where he played and coached basketball—and a J.D. from New York Law School, where he became a FIBA-certified sports agent.
He began his legal career clerking for the Hon. John A. Jorgensen, JSC in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Part.
Elliot has represented a broad range of clients, from everyday families to high-profile professionals.
He’s earned recognition including the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award, Young Lawyer of the Year, and Rising Star by Super Lawyers annually since 2017.
An active community leader, Elliot has served on the Middlesex County Bar Association and Foundation, taught at Rider University, and contributed to several legal publications.
Outside the courtroom, he’s a passionate real estate investor, leveraging his business acumen to benefit his clients.
Elliot lives in New Jersey with his wife, Stephanie, and their blended family. He enjoys coaching youth sports and strives to build a law firm rooted in compassion, integrity, and results.
